As much as we wish this were possible, organization’s are not always able to send all of its staff to safety trainings. It can therefore be a useful solution to train staff to be trainers in safety education as this can help your organization reach a minimum level of safety awareness for more of its staff. 

This course teaches future trainers how to communicate with participants and create scenarios to actively engage with them. Communication is key and therefore makes up a large part of the training.
